›What is the difference between a discovery phase and the full project?
Discovery is a short, scoped engagement that maps your processes, users and integrations and produces a written plan and estimate. The full project then builds against that plan in phased releases.
›Who owns the source code?
You do. Unless a product licence is agreed in writing, the code and data built for your project are yours, and we hand over documentation and repository access at the end of each phase.
›Can you take over a system someone else built?
Yes. We start with a short technical review of the code, infrastructure and risks, then agree a plan for stabilising, documenting and extending the system.
›How do you handle security and confidential data?
We use role-based access, encrypted connections, least-privilege credentials and code review, and we sign NDAs before discussing sensitive details. Security requirements are agreed in discovery.
›Do you integrate with payment gateways and PSPs?
Yes. We build payment gateway and PSP integrations with idempotency, webhook verification and reconciliation, including multi-provider setups for regulated trading platforms.
›Can you build AI features into an existing system?
Yes. We integrate language-model features such as assistants, document processing and search into existing applications with guardrails, logging and access control.
›What time zones and languages do you work in?
We work in English from Dubai (GMT+4) with a delivery team in Pakistan, and overlap with European, US and Australian business hours by arrangement.

Cost depends on scope, integrations and users. We run a short discovery phase first and then give a fixed estimate or a time-and-material plan with clear assumptions, so you can compare options before committing.
›How long does a typical project take?
A focused MVP is usually a matter of weeks to a few months; large ERPs are delivered in phases. After discovery we agree release milestones so you see working software early.
›Do you work with clients outside the UAE?
Yes. We are based in Dubai with a delivery team in Pakistan and have delivered for clients in the UAE, Sweden, the USA and Australia.
›Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We offer maintenance and support plans covering bug fixes, upgrades, monitoring and enhancements, including for systems we did not originally build.
